A few years back, I whipped up a batch of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese one wintry afternoon. It was a let-down. Well, the other day, this caught my eye during a trip where I’d broken the “Never go to the grocery store hungry” rule. It was a buck, and PREMIUM! I sprinkled some frou-frou Fleur de Sel de Noirmoutier on top, along with fresh cracked pepper. End result: met my expectations perfectly. Perfect Monday Night Dinner.
